I'be been working on this for days, definately my most time consuming project becuase I wanted to make sure my planets looked good enough. The mountains were made in terragen, everything else is ps, besides some of the clouds. It's going to be hard to live up to this one, hope you like it :D

Edit: Made some changes to make it more appealing, hope you like them, and credit to [link] for the stock starbursts

a lot of effort has been put into it, i can tell. though...the image doesn't seem to be unified...it seems somewhat discontinuous and roughly assembled.

but overall...i like it...very eye-catching.

yea i know what you mean, i think its the transfer from the atmosphere into space, i'll have to work on that

try unifying the layers with a top layer set on color and near 30% opacity.
after you've exported the final image...do some color-balance.
this is assuming you're using photoshop.

props on great job so far, i think your brushing skills are pretty cool :)

everything looks very great untill you get over the first
big planet, your stars are to big and there are tho muth of them
trey to work on that (the starfield) and than you will be succesful!!
