This is Onich, a character made by =cheezyem and she's having a contest to see who can come up with the best color scheme for her character. I think it came out ok, plus it was a chance to work on my shading which I'm pretty pleased with here :D Hopefully you like :) The contest is here: [link]

Okay, since you didn't draw this I will only critique the colors. The bangs seem a bit over done.
And for some reason the shading on the thighs, makes it look odd, but I can't tell if it's from the coloring or the drawing, cause it seems to me that the line of the shorts might look better if it curved the same direction of the curve of the boots, but I'm not very skilled at critiques, so it's a little hard for me to put into words flaws that I see.... Yay! I finally reached the 100 word minimum! .... That took a lot out of me. lol
The Artist thought this was FAIR

your shading IS PERFECT!!!!!

if this contest was for quality of coloring rather than scheme then you'd probably win

btw you spelled cheezyem wrong in the copyright lines at the top :P

rofl, no worries, shading makes up for it (heck, with that awesome shading you could have used puke colors and it still would have worked)

Yeee I wanna enter her contest, but now I see I'm up against some serious competition. B( These colours look GREAT on her, especially the whole red/black combo going on. I love that shading you do too, I must say, especially on her tail. <3 Great perspective for it! :heart: Good luck in the contest Keith-mans!
