This was hard not having a tripod, but I think I did a good job holding the camera. Desaturated the picture and gave it a little touch of aqua/blue. I think the effect makes it look really classy like. Hope you all like!

 Haha I am sorry I ask so many questions...but...for night time and low light conditions is the only way to get a decent shot is to use a longer shutter exposure setting?
Yeah, but you can also make aperture adjustments and change the ISO too.

It's cool dude, it took me about a year to learn it all. Heck I didn't even know how to meter my camera until a year after I got it xD

 lol Like, making sure what shutter speed and aperture you got makes a good exposure.
